Privacy Policy
SH&StarGlobal (“the Company”) complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and uses the personal information received through the website inquiry form solely to answer that inquiry. The Company operates no membership, marketing subscription or payment function, and collects no personal information for those purposes.
1. What we collect, and how

If the consent box is not ticked, the inquiry is not sent and the Company receives nothing.
2. Purpose of use
The information is used only to acknowledge and answer the inquiry, and for business correspondence arising directly from it. It is not used to send marketing messages or for any other purpose.
3. Retention period
Kept for one year from the day the inquiry is closed, then deleted without delay. Where a statute requires a longer retention period, that period applies. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we do so immediately.
4. Provision to third parties
The Company does not provide your personal information to third parties. The only exception is a lawful request from an investigative authority made under due process.
5. Processing entrusted to others
To operate the inquiry form and the website, processing is entrusted to the providers below. Both operate servers outside Korea, so personal information is transferred overseas.

6. Cookies and visit statistics
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Visit statistics are collected with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookie and does not identify individuals; only aggregate figures such as country, page and device type are recorded. Your language choice (KR/EN) is stored in your own browser and is never sent to the Company.
7. Your rights
You may at any time request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of the processing of your personal information. Write to the address below and we will act without delay and tell you the outcome.
8. How information is destroyed
Once the retention period ends or the purpose is fulfilled, the information is destroyed without delay: electronic records are permanently erased by a method that prevents recovery, and any printout is shredded or incinerated.
9. Security measures
- Access to personal information is limited to one person, the founder
- The entire site is served over encrypted HTTPS
- Browser security headers, including a Content Security Policy, block third-party scripts from taking data
- Two-factor authentication on the mailbox that receives inquiries
